  It's honestly a hit or miss with this location. We frequent this establishment at least 3 times a week..the first 2 visits everything was fine; but every time after that you can just really see the pure laziness in the employess. For example, we ordered a smoothie (simple right) we get flavored liquid, with mango chunks and a bit of crushed ice. Or a caramel machiatto...we received a mocha machiatto one time and the next a cup with just some milk cream and sugar. Lol. The employees here are a joke. If I'm going to be spending $15 every visit the least the lethargic workers could do is make what we ask for correctly.

  I spilt my coffee on the counter on accident and the worker just gawked at me and told me to have a nice day.....she didn't offer a rag or anything...I ended up cleaning it all up by myself. After I cleaned it up the same woman huffed and puffed after I walked away. I also had to pay for my refill..which ive never had to do before. Wonderful customer service guys.

  I went for the hash browns...they are amazing. Girl at the window was only taking the orders she felt like doing. Told people the drive thru was closed and they had to come in at 11 am. Had a very nasty attitude. Wasn't the first bit pleasant at all...even sucked her teeth at people....including me for asking why she took my order but told other people it was closed. Do not recommend this place at all....
