  I'm usually a pretty happy go lucky gal especially when it comes to food service seeing as I work in the food service industry as a waitress and know how things are liable to mess up. Things happen, I know this. This was no mistake tonight though. We rode up to the speaker box to order our meal. He immediately told us to please wait which was fine seeing as we hadn't made our minds up anyway. He then is ready for us to order so we proceed to do so. We order our food which consisted of four fish sandwiches, two chicken sandwiches, two large fries, and a large sweet tea. He states that our total will be $20.2. Since our time of arrival, there was only one car ahead of us. We waited roughly around 7 minutes for the car in front of us to pull away. We arrived at the window and the cashier just looked awkwardly at us in anticipation for our money without greeting us or any word exchange at all. He slid open the window and just glared at us like he hated his life. He turned around for a brief moment and then turned back toward us and finally stated our total to be $18.68 which was different than the total he told us prior but at least it was words. We gave him a twenty dollar bill then awaited our $1:32. He slid the window shut as he counted the change. The window slid open once more as he handed us our food, but not our change. As we open the bag to take in account of our food items, he finally hands us our money owed. There was a pause and hesitation in his face. We look over at him as he states that they don't have any sweet tea after all said and done. I tell him that I'll just not get a drink then. He looks over at me and says, "well you already paid for a drink, are you sure" without even offering me my money back seeing as it was their fault for waiting to notify me until after paying. I said "OK then I'll just have a Sprite". Meanwhile while my mom took account of our food items, she realized we were missing two fish sandwiches out of the four we ordered but realized it wasn't even on our receipt so we weren't charged for them anyway. My mom didn't want to deal with them anymore than we already had so she said forget it. We were handed our Sprite then drove away after being stared down by the cashier for us to get the hint to move out of the way so they can serve the next customer without any thanks or farewell words granted to us. I was halfway home when I took my first sip of my so-called Sprite. It tasted like slightly sweetened water due to the obvious lack of syrup and carbonation. And if you saw it, you'd clearly see it had absolutely no carbonation in it. Very dissatisfied mostly in how the employee acted and handled the transaction.
